4K Registration for the 2019-2020 school year will be March 14 & 15, 2019 for the following schools:

Lake City Early Childhood Center of the Arts 374-2353
Olanta Creative Arts and Science Magnet School 396-4457
Scranton Elementary STEAM Academy 389-2531
To pre-register your child for 4K, call to schedule an appointment and bring the following documents. Parents cannot pre-register without these documents.
• Photo Identification (driver’s license/state identification)
• State-Issued Birth Certificate (long form is required)
Applicants must be 4 on or before September 1, 2019.
• Proof of Income or Medicaid Card
• Properly Completed Immunization Certificate
• Proof of Residency
Current electric bill displaying service address and a billing date. Address on electric bill must match photo identification.
Notarized document verifying residency if electric bill is not in your name.
